Open Water Swim Season News

Open Water Swimming starts on May 7th with the Burghley prep evening and our first Sunday swim is May 12th 8-10am. The ROWPSC will run for 12 weeks on a Tuesday after which there will be a 6-7:30pm open swim. Introduction sessions run through to end of June after which there will be an open Thursday evening swim 6-7:30pm. Bookings are live on the system for the next few weeks and more will be rolled on as we go through the season to end of September.

Sports & Fitness Options

You can now book Treadmill Run/Walk, Pool Video Technique, Sports Conditioning and Kettlebells with Mary and various triathlon workshop options. All current Fitness & Sports options are on EOLA. Just have a look under the Activities tab for info and direct links to book. There are no mandatory memberships!

Summer activities for Older & Clinically Vulnerable

The parasols are out and the bespoke Exercise Trail and Gym is ready! We restart on Tuesday 7th May. We have 25 weekly classes with seated/standing options in the Studio and Active options outside (weather permitting). Just go to the Activities tab and follow the link "Classes for older and clinically vulnerable clients" for more information. Please bear with us; we are receiving a HUGE amount of requests to join and will respond to you as quickly as we can.
